Electrical Distribution, Controls & Automation

Overview

At Buraq Electro Mechanical LLC, we provide electrical distribution, control and automation solutions that support
the safe, reliable and coordinated operation of building and industrial MEP systems. Our services cover electrical
distribution equipment, control panels, motor control systems, variable frequency drives, HVAC controls, sensors,
actuators, control wiring, automation and associated testing and commissioning activities. We integrate electrical
and control systems with mechanical equipment such as pumps, fans, compressors, AHUs, FAHUs, chillers and
other HVAC assets according to project requirements.
Our control and automation services are developed around the operating requirements of each facility, with
attention to equipment protection, monitoring, control logic, communication and system integration. Where
required, we support BMS and industrial communication interfaces, including field instrumentation and control
networks. Site commissioning can include point-to-point wiring checks, signal simulation, interlock verification, loop
testing and functional troubleshooting to help confirm that installed electrical and automation systems operate as
intended.

Electrical Distribution

We provide electrical distribution solutions for building services and electromechanical installations, supporting the
distribution of electrical power to HVAC equipment, pumps, fans, compressors, control panels and other connected
loads. Our scope can include distribution boards, feeders, cabling, isolators, protection devices and associated
electrical connections, coordinated with the overall project design and equipment requirements.
Electrical distribution works are integrated with mechanical and control systems to support reliable operation and
maintainability. Our execution approach considers equipment load requirements, cable routing, accessibility,
isolation, panel connections and coordination with other MEP services, followed by relevant inspection and testing
activities before system operation and handover.

Electrical Panels

We provide control and electrical panel solutions for HVAC, mechanical and industrial applications. Depending on
the application, panels may incorporate motor starters, contactors, protection devices, relays, VFDs, PLC-based
controls, instrumentation interfaces and communication components. Panel configuration is developed according
to equipment requirements, control philosophy and project specifications.
Our panel works can extend from assembly and field installation through wiring, termination, inspection, testing and
commissioning. Proper identification, point-to-point verification and functional checks help ensure that electrical
connections and control functions correspond with approved schematics and the intended operation of the
connected equipment.

HVAC Electrical Controls

We provide electrical control systems for HVAC equipment including chillers, pumps, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs,
ventilation fans, exhaust systems, DX systems, VRF systems and package units. Our scope can include
thermostats, sensors, actuators, starters, VFDs, control panels, control wiring and equipment interfaces used to
regulate temperature, airflow, pressure and equipment operation.
HVAC control systems are coordinated with the mechanical installation so that equipment can operate according to
the required sequence and operating conditions. We support control wiring, equipment interfacing, functional
testing and commissioning to verify that field devices, control panels and connected equipment respond correctly
during normal operation.

VFD & Motor Control

We provide variable frequency drive and motor-control solutions for pumps, fans, blowers, compressors and other
rotating equipment where variable-speed operation is required. VFD panels can regulate motor speed and torque
according to system demand, while associated starters, bypass arrangements, protection and control components
are selected according to the application and project requirements.
Our VFD and motor-control scope includes panel installation, electrical connections, control interfaces, parameter
setup, field verification and commissioning. Where applicable, we support communication and feedback interfaces
for monitoring and automatic control, helping integrate motor-driven equipment with HVAC controls, BMS or
industrial automation systems.

BMS Integration

We support Building Management System integration for HVAC and electromechanical equipment through
sensors, actuators, control panels, communication interfaces and field connections. BMS integration can provide
centralized monitoring and control of equipment status, temperatures, pressures, alarms, operating schedules and
other relevant parameters according to the approved control philosophy.
Our integration activities can include field-device verification, control wiring, communication checks, point mapping,
functional testing and coordination between local equipment controls and the central BMS. The objective is to
establish reliable communication and control between field equipment and the building management platform while
supporting effective system monitoring and operation.

Automation & PLC Control

We provide automation and PLC-based control solutions for applications requiring coordinated control of multiple
machines, pumps, fans, compressors and other electromechanical equipment. Automation systems can
incorporate PLC controllers, HMIs, field instruments, control panels and industrial communication interfaces to
manage sequences, setpoints, alarms and equipment status according to the application.
Our automation scope can include panel assembly, PLC configuration support, field wiring, I/O verification, signal
simulation, interlock testing and commissioning. Industrial communication may be integrated through supported
protocols such as Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, BACnet, PROFINET or EtherNet/IP where specified by the
project control architecture.

Electrical Testing & Commissioning

We provide electrical testing and commissioning activities to verify that installed panels, cables, control circuits,
field devices and connected equipment are ready for operation. Depending on the project scope, testing can
include inspection, continuity verification, insulation-related checks, control circuit verification, equipment functional
checks and confirmation of electrical connections against approved drawings and schematics.
For automated systems, commissioning can include point-to-point wire continuity checks, I/O signal simulation,
control-loop verification, safety interlock checks and functional testing. These activities help identify wiring errors,
incorrect signals, control problems and equipment interface issues before final handover and support reliable
operation of the completed electrical and automation system.
